115 : Connorisms

This is technically not a photo, but it's something much, much better than any photo I could have taken today.  Click to enlarge Connor's "What I'd do it I was given the power to do almost everything."  This, as he explained, is something with which he is obsessed.  He claims he understands that none of this is really possible, but is obsessed nonetheless.

Enjoy.

  1. I read Connor's whole list and I'm very impressed. There were a lot of things he wanted to do for other people and I like the rules he set for himself to limit his power. I do feel bad for him - when he mentions he wish he didn't have asperberger's or an aide in school, or classes and allergies. It must be tough for him.

  2. Yes, better than a picture. Thanks for sharing! Funny & tender too! Seems that Connor has a big heart for animals (and dinos too)! :)

  3. I think he's on to something! You know he is a taylor by #7 (an island away from humanity) like father, like son!
    he does love the animals!

  4. Oh my, I'm touched beyond words. What a very unique and wonderful young man is Connor. I hope he knows I'd like those nerve cells in my ears to grow back, too. This is a very tender glimpse into the boy who has challenges that he truly can't change, but will control & master as he grows into a man. Connor exemplifies the true meaning of "enduring (well) until the end." How I do love that boy... xo

  5. Hmmm, I'm concerned about the last unmentionable... It not only concerns me that it started in VA but that it apparently didn't end in VA.
