254 : no pain, no gain?

Last night: leg workout (squats, lunges, etc)
This morning: yoga
Now:  pain in every muscle

It's been years since I've done yoga, and today's session seriously awoke muscles that I didn't realize existed.  Doing a leg workout last night probably wasn't a good idea - oh the pain!  But, pardon the exercise cliche, it was a good pain.  A good pain that could use some help from my trusty ibuprofen.
