(3) antioxidants

I don't do New Year's resolutions. The end result is always the same - I fail. So why set myself up like that? I do, however, have a general goal to eat better. Some days I'm good at it, other days... not so much. But I found something to help me with my intake of antioxidants. Behold:


Dark chocolate. Pomegranates. Antioxidant heaven. Success!
