(325) salsa

I love chips and salsa. LOVE IT. I've had meals that consisted solely of chips and salsa. I like homemade salsa, but when I make it, I take the easy way. No chopping of tomatoes for me when cans of the good stuff will suffice. Open a few cans, chop a bit of green onion and cilantro, and voila! The recipe I use, from my good friend Chis, makes a lot... more than the two of us need, really. But somehow, we never seem to have a problem finishing it.
